利用热丝化学气相沉积法(HFCVD)在碳化硅基底上制备金刚石薄膜,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、拉曼光谱仪、原子力显微镜研究了在不同甲烷浓度条件下制备的金刚石薄膜表面形貌及物相组成,在干摩擦条件下通过往复式摩擦磨损实验测试并计算了已制备金刚石薄膜的摩擦系数和磨损率,结合物相分析及摩擦磨损实验结果分析了甲烷浓度的改变对金刚石薄膜摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,由于甲烷气体含量的升高,金刚石薄膜结晶质量下降,薄膜由微米晶向纳米晶转变。摩擦磨损实验结果显示:3%甲烷浓度条件下制备的金刚石薄膜耐磨性较好,磨损率为2.2×10-7 mm3/mN;5%甲烷浓度条件下制备的金刚石薄膜摩擦系数最低(0.032),磨损率为5.7×10-7 mm3/mN,制备的金刚石薄膜的耐磨损性能相比于碳化硅基底(磨损率为9.89×10-5 mm3/mN)提升了两个数量级,显著提高了碳化硅基底的耐磨性。  相似文献

Mo2Ni3Si/NiSi metal silicide composite coatings with a fine microstructure consisting of Mo2Ni3Si primary dendrites and the interdendritic Mo2Ni3Si/NiSi eutectics were fabricated on austenitic stainless steel AISI 321 by laser cladding process. Small amplitude reciprocating sliding wear resistance of the coatings is evaluated as functions of normal load and slip amplitude and the wear mechanisms were discussed based on worn surface morphology observations. Results showed that the Mo2Ni3Si/NiSi coatings have excellent small amplitude reciprocating sliding wear resistance.  相似文献

TiC reinforced composite coating on γ-TiAl alloy was successfully fabricated by laser surface alloying with carbon. The fine TiC reinforcing phase had a gradient distribution in the coating, and its growth morphology of TiC in laser surface alloyed coating was in unique faceted platelet-like. The composite coating exhibited high hardness and excellent high-temperature sliding wear resistance.  相似文献

We investigate the structure and dynamics of the interface between two immiscible liquids in a three-dimensional disordered porous medium. We apply a phase-field model that includes explicitly disorder and discuss both spontaneous and forced imbibition. The structure of the interface is dominated by a length scale ξ× which arises from liquid conservation. We further show that disorder in the capillary and permeability act on different length scales and give rise to different scalings and structures of the interface properties. 采用人工方法制成人牙釉质浅龋及使用抗龋措施的龋损釉质样本,分别测量各组釉质表面显微硬度,并以微动摩擦磨损试验机测试其抗磨性能,试验结果表明:各组实验组釉质较对照组表面硬度都有不同程度下降,氟化钠前处理会使釉质表达硬度显著下降,人工浅龋牙釉质的抗磨损性能不如正常釉质,使用两种抗龋措施对其抗磨性能没有明显改善。  相似文献

研究了稀土(RE)变质热锻模具铸钢的高温磨损性能,并与热锻模具钢H13钢和3Cr2W8V钢进行对比,探讨了稀土元素的作用和热锻模具铸钢的高温磨损机理。结果表明:随着RE加入量的增加,热锻模具铸钢的磨损率先减后增,RE加入量在质量分数为0.05%时热锻模具铸钢具有最佳的高温磨损性能。RE变质热锻模其铸钢的高温耐磨性明最高于H13钢和3Cr2W8V钢。高温磨损机理为氧化磨损和氧化物的疲劳剥落,磨屑为块状的Fe2O3和Fe3O4。  相似文献

Sol-gel hybrid organic-inorganic and inorganic SiO2-based protective coatings with and without added 3 m glass particles were developed and tested for their corrosion and wear behavior of an stainless steel substrate (AISI316L). The corrosion resistance greatly increases by incorporating glass particles in the sols. The incorporation of particles in the coatings allows the synthesis of thicker crack-free coatings. On the other hand, the corrosion resistance increases for coatings with a higher organic content obtained at lower sintering temperature. These coatings are also highly stable in saline aqueous solutions. However, the wear resistance is badly affected by the hybrid character of the SiO2 matrix. The optimum coating process in terms of corrosion and wear resistance, appears to be a hybrid system with a dense SiO2 network achieved at intermediate sintering temperatures.  相似文献

Tribological efficiency of industrial applications involving boundary lubrication regime can be improved to an appreciable extent by the deposition of hard coatings on interacting surfaces. Among such coatings, diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings are considered to be one of the most suitable ones for the said role. DLC coatings possess a unique combination of physical, chemical, and material properties due to which they can help in minimizing friction-induced energy and material losses even under starved lubrication conditions. Since commercial lubricants are optimized for steel surfaces, therefore, a lot of experimental investigations were carried out to analyze the tribological compatibility of these lubricants with various DLC coatings. However, there is still a lack of understanding about how DLC coatings interact with conventional lubricant additives. Some researchers reported tribologically beneficial interactions between DLC coatings and formulated lubricants while others observed no such behavior. To address these inconsistencies, there is a need to rearrange the published data in a more apprehensible and organized manner with a special emphasis on the mechanisms responsible for a particular tribological behavior. In this way, it can be determined whether synergistic or antagonistic correlation exists between a particular DLC-lubricant combination and research on DLC coatings can be continued in a logical way. In this article, most widely investigated non-doped DLC coatings (ta-C, a-C:H, a-C, and ta-C:H) are tribologically analyzed. Average values of friction and wear coefficients are calculated for various DLC-lubricant combinations using already published data and compared to quantify the effectiveness of a particular lubricant additive in enhancing tribological characteristics of symmetrical non-doped DLC contacts. Moreover, tribological performance parameters of non-doped DLC coatings are compared with those of doped-DLC coatings to understand differences in their tribological behavior in combination with additives.  相似文献

研磨作为4H碳化硅(4H-SiC)晶片加工的重要工序之一,对4H-SiC衬底晶圆的质量具有重要影响。本文研究了金刚石磨料形貌和分散介质对4H-SiC晶片研磨过程中材料去除速率和面型参数的影响,基于研磨过程中金刚石磨料与4H-SiC晶片表面的接触情况,推导出简易的晶片材料去除速率模型。研究结果表明,磨料形貌显著影响4H-SiC晶片的材料去除速率,材料去除速率越高,晶片的总厚度变化(TTV)越小。由于4H-SiC中C面和Si面的各向异性,4H-SiC晶片研磨过程中C面的材料去除速率高于Si面。在分散介质的影响方面:水基体系研磨液的Zeta电位绝对值较高,磨料分散均匀,水的高导热系数有利于控制研磨过程中的盘面温度;乙二醇体系研磨液的Zeta电位绝对值小,磨料易发生团聚,增大研磨过程的磨料切入深度,晶片的材料去除速率提高,晶片最大划痕深度随之增大。  相似文献

To intensify experimental research within the field of orthopaedic tribology, a three-station, dual motion, high frequency (25.3 Hz) circular translation pin-on-disc wear test device was recently introduced. In the present study, the pins were CoCr with a spherical, polished bearing surface of 28 mm radius, whereas the flat discs were conventional UHMWPE. This configuration was intended to simulate the wear mechanisms of total knee prostheses. The number of wear cycles run was as high as 200 million. The mean wear rate was 0.35 mg per one million cycles (0.77 mg/24 h) which corresponded to a mean wear factor of 3.5 × 10−6 mm3/Nm. The study provided further proof that a wear test for orthopaedic implant materials can be accelerated by substantially increasing the cycle frequency, provided that the sliding velocity remains close to the values obtained from biomechanical studies. Hence, the moderate frictional heating will not lead to unrealistic wear mechanisms.  相似文献
